The Face Of Money

My friend bought some extension tubes for macro photography, and combined with his 50mm lens, produced this great photo (I just cropped and PPed it). Of course, he was gracious enough to let me post it here.

Thanks, man!

I was thinking on buying some macro lenses, but I’m thinking on buying extension tubes instead because I could use them with basically any lens! :D

Nice one. The faces on money are always fun to shoot macro. The narrow DOF can really make them seem 3D. I did one of ol’ chairman Mao’s face a while back. My local currency (Rands) is mostly animals though.

Oh, no problem :) It’s happened to me also.

I’m telling you, when I get my extension tubes, I’ll be taking macro photos like crazy :p
